A New Suburban Net Zero Home

This custom 5,300 sqft, Net Zero home exceeds the Title 24 requirements on many levels. It was designed with extensive insulation R-value, radiant heating and cooling in the floors, Massana heating and cooling panels throughout the ceilings, and incorporated an HRV system to recirculate the residual heated and/or cooled air throughout the home. Air-tight and water-resistant, this home features a fluid-applied air and water membrane enhancing the protection of all the exterior windows and doors. Additionally, each window has been strategically placed to optimize the natural light throughout the home.

These Unique, methodical design techniques have been perfectly strategized by Architect, Alex Spatzier.
