Our client brought us on to remodel the interior and the exterior of their office building in Petaluma, CA. We worked with the client and engineer to design innovative custom steel awnings around the circumference of the building. This involved some additional structural support inside the walls and therefore we had to patch the existing concrete stamped walls with stucco. We then spruced up the outside appearance to match the company colors which really made this commercial building pop.
